We take you step-by-step through the All Seasons process to ensure transparency and collaboration.
Free Family Consultation
- The Family Consultation is an opportunity for us to connect with your family virtually and learn more about you. We take time to understand your family’s unique needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
- If you choose to move forward with All Seasons Nanny Agency following the Free Family Consultation, we will send you a contract that outlines our services and commitment to you.
- A non-refundable fee of $250 will be required at the time of the contract signature to cover initial expenses.
Nanny Search and Trial
- Our search starts immediately from our qualified pool of candidates. We personally interview every nanny and check all references to ensure every candidate is experienced and reliable.
- We will schedule a follow-up meeting with you, usually within one to two weeks, to present multiple candidate profiles for your review.
- Once you have selected your favorite candidate, we will work with you to schedule an interview and trial. Parents are required to be present at all times during the trial so the nanny and family both have an opportunity to get acquainted.
Contracts and Agency Fees
- Once you have completed the trial and submitted an offer to the candidate, we will complete the state and federal background checks through TrustLine, the Department of Motor Vehicles, and ClearChecks.
- We will present a written agreement between the nanny and the family outlining the terms of employment, responsibilities, and expectations to ensure a clear and professional relationship.
- The fee for All Seasons Nanny Agency is 8% of the nanny's total gross annual compensation or $2,800 (whichever is greater).
- If a replacement nanny is required within 4 months, we will find a replacement free of charge
