Hello! I’m Farah Cozart, the heart and soul behind All Seasons Nanny Agency. My journey in childcare started in the vibrant city of Obregon, Mexico, where I began babysitting neighborhood kids at the age of 16. Even back then, I knew I had a special connection with children and a passion for nurturing their growth.

After completing my bachelor’s degree in International Business in Mexico, I embarked on a new adventure in Los Angeles, fueled by my dreams and aspirations. This move marked the beginning of an enriching chapter in my life, where I continued to embrace my love for childcare, working as a nanny and family assistant for families that ranged from just starting their careers to those at the pinnacle of success.

In 2022, I achieved another milestone by earning my MBA from California State University Long Beach. It was during this program that I met my husband, Rick, who now runs the financial side of All Seasons Nanny Agency. With a career in commercial real estate and a very analytical mind, Rick brings a wealth of knowledge and a strategic approach to our operations. His commitment to excellence ensures that our agency continues to thrive and provide the highest quality care to the families we serve.
